Did Sessions finally make a brilliant move?

I'm reserved by starting to think he may have. There's a lot of grumbling about Sessions recent decisions to not appoint a special independent council at this time. But I'm starting to think he may have made the right move, here. Session has attached a US attorney to the IG.

Here is legal scholar Jonathan Turley on Lou Dobbs. Start listening at the 25 minute mark. Turley says the attorney/inspector combo is actually quite a potent combo.

One can hope. Meanwhile Mueller is looking for a crime to charge Trump with. Any crime from any time. He's not picky. A perjury trap seems to be his best shot, at the moment.
