Did The Garden of Eden remain, after Adam's sin, and all individual souls are on the same Probation, in which time they may partake of The Tree of Good and Evil, or The Tree of Life?

"So he drove out the man, and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life." Genesis 3:24.

Were/are the Cherubims just there, with a flaming sword, for Adam and Eve?

Is this all Jesus Did? Was just re-create The Garden of Eden?

Jesus Came to Earth, Was Given a Body, Lived Perfectly, and Died, was Buried, and Rose Again to set up The Garden of Eden?

People are innocent little sinless babes from the womb and, simply, "make a choice"( in what/ for what?), "believe" ( in what/ for what?), "have faith ( in what/ for what?)".

The Teaching of The Bible is that all souls PICK Eternal Salvation or Damnation in Hell like they PICK TOMATOES?

    No sin to deal with?

Everyone's FREE to WILL that they may partake of The Tree of Good and Evil, or The Tree of Life?

Is this all that is taught by most of "Christianity", today?

    "Smile, America, God Loves You".

    ...

God Hates sin so much He had His Eternal Son Crucified.

The Life of the flesh is in the Blood.

Are people ever taught that they must Repent and Trust, by Faith, that Jesus Died, was Buried, and Rose Again, for THEIR sin?

    ...

Or is it, "Repeat after me and PICK a TREE?"

Since Scripture does not specifically state- we can only speculate.

My speculation is that God just destroyed it one way or another.

I believe the Garden of Eden remained after the fall, with the angels guarding it's entrance, all the way to the flood of Noah. There were tremendous geographical changes made in the earth at that time which no doubt destroyed the Garden.

I don't believe the Lord's goal is to get us back to Eden. I believe Eden was a part of the beginning of God's plan. That the sinless nature and the pristine conditions will exist in the new earth just as in Eden, yes. But out position there far exceeds Adam and Eve prior to the fall.

Adam and Eve were sinless in their own righteousness, till they were not. We will be sinless due to the righteousness of Christ, which cannot change.

The garden of Eden was and is Paradise. It remained in its place and was visible to all and any who went wherever it was, and they could see the flaming sword preventing entrance. When the flood came, Eden or Paradise became part of the place where the righteous dead went after death. It was there in the parable of the rich man and Lazarus called Abraham's bosom, and at the crucifixion when Christ tells the thief he would be with Christ in Paradise.
After the resurrection, Christ ascends into heaven, leading the captivity captive (the captivity were those held in Eden, Paradise, Abraham's bosom, those who died in the OT times before Christ came. They could not enter heaven as their final home until Christ's resurrection, because Jesus tells us no one has ascended into heaven except the Son of Man who came down from Heaven. So when He ascended into the cloud in acts He took Eden, Paradise, Abraham's bosom with Him, and the next time we see Paradise mentioned is in Heaven.

Jesus tells the man he will that day be in Paradise with Christ, but that CAN NOT be Heaven as we know the day Christ dies, He descends into the lower parts of the earth into Hell, so Paradise was in a good place of Hell, (simply the place of the righteous dead, a separated place from the unrighteous dead)
    Luke 23:43
And Jesus said to him, “Assuredly, I say to you, today you will be with Me in Paradise.”

    Acts 2
25 For David says concerning Him:

‘I foresaw the Lord always before my face,
For He is at my right hand, that I may not be shaken.
    26 Therefore my heart rejoiced, and my tongue was glad;
Moreover my flesh also will rest in hope.
27 For You will not leave my soul in Hades,
Nor will You allow Your Holy One to see corruption.
    28 You have made known to me the ways of life;
You will make me full of joy in Your presence.’

After Christ ascended, Paradise is in Heaven.

    2 Corinthians 12:4
how he was caught up into Paradise and heard inexpressible words, which it is not lawful for a man to utter.

    Revelation 2:7
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.” ’

Interesting to think that before Christ ascended into Heaven, people who died had to go somewhere, they have a spirit made in the image of God, they dont just go 'poof' and vanish into nothing at all... So Noah, for instance, when he died, would find himself in Paradise...but not the fiery torments, Noah would have been on the good side. And everyone who died until Christ ascends into heaven would be on the good side, receiving good things and witness the other side, the fiery torments with great chasm between them preventing any from crossing over, one side to the other. So those who died and went to the good side, went to Eden, Paradise, but they were still in the abode of the dead, not yet in heaven, so then Hell, Hades or Sheol had a good side, Paradise, Eden, and a bad side, the fiery torments.

And Peter says of those who died in the flood, who were all the disobedient unrighteous dead, who went to torments like the rich man of the parable, this,

    1 Peter 3:18-20
    New King James Version
    Christ’s Suffering and Ours
18 For Christ also suffered once for sins, the just for the unjust, that He might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive by the Spirit,
19 by whom also He went and preached to the spirits in prison,
20 who formerly were disobedient, ]when once the Divine longsuffering waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was being prepared, in which a few, that is, eight souls, were saved through water.

Proof people continued to exist after death, even the bad ones,
which also is proof Christ descended into Hell (Paradise), as He preaches to them, and we know the righteous could talk to the other side!, as shown by Jesus teaching of Abraham's bosum.

Imagine yourself one of the wicked dead, and you die and find yourself in fiery torments. You raise your eyes and you can see the good place, this Eden, Paradise, Abraham's Bosom, even calling out to them, but their is no relief from the suffering.
Then as the age passes, Christ appears in Paradise, Eden, the good side, and preaches to you. What He said we dont know, But most likely He proclaimed Himself as the One who Overcame Death, but they know for them there is no escape from this prison of fiery torments.
    So He proclaimed Himself Triumphant.

Colossians 2: 5 Having disarmed principalities and powers, He made a public spectacle of them, triumphing over them in it.

Then when it is time to go and ascend to the Father, with the righteous dead in Paradise, and take Paradise and all within into heaven, they would have seen Paradise rising up and disappearing from site, and they would then be all alone in their fiery torments, and know that for them there was no escape, just a continual fiery destruction which will consume the enemies of God, but the righteous have just entered eternal life in Heaven.

Another Proof Eden is Paradise, The Tree Of Life is there, as is the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.
    As Genesis and Revelation says,
    Genesis 2:9
    New King James Version
9 And out of the ground the Lord God made every tree grow that is pleasant to the sight and good for food.
The tree of life was also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of the knowledge of good and evil.

    Revelation 2:7
“He who has an ear, let him hear what the Spirit says to the churches. To him who overcomes I will give to eat from the tree of life, which is in the midst of the Paradise of God.” ’
    Revelation 22:2
In the middle of its street, and on either side of the river, was the tree of life, which bore twelve fruits, each tree yielding its fruit every month. The leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.
    Revelation 22:14
Blessed are those who do His commandments, that they may have the right to the tree of life, and may enter through the gates into the city.

After the fall man was forbidden of his own will, in his flesh, in his old dead body to enter Eden, Paradise and eat of the Tree of Life.
But after death, was granted entry, to those who did the will of God, those who obeyed His commandments, they could then eat of the Tree of Life in Eden, Paradise of God, having that place as their eternal home.
It was God's garden, Paradise, He planted it, and He set the rules and commandments. Today His commandment is that you believe in His Son, that you overcome the world, then you have the right to enter into Paradise, and eat of the Tree of Life.
