Did the Modern signs and Wonders Movement spring from cal/Arm theology?

Charismatics/Pentacolstals are Arminian by a vast margin. It's tracable back to Wesley's idea of a second work of grace or an experience of sanctification after salvation.

Well, you're right if we're talking about where the modern movement began, but if it's "where did it spring from", I believe if you keep digging you'll find Wesley at the seed/root level, and revivalism (Finney) as the fertilizer. (Nice analogy, eh?)
