It fulfilled it.
It replaced it and fulfilled it. Jesus Christ is the fulfillment of all the types and shadows of the ceremonial law. No tithing or literal sabbaths in the New Covenant.
We observe the Sabbath by entering into Christ's rest (Heb 4).
Abraham completed the tithe through his tithe to Melchizedek of which Jesus Christ is priest forever and interceding in heaven.
All the feasts typified Christ, and He fulfilled them. The only exception is that He is now our Passover and we celebrate the Lord's Supper in lieu of the Passover as a remembrance of what Christ has done until He appears the second time.
The Old Covenant was with a primarily Jewish nation-state.
The New Covenant is with a diaspora of Jews and Gentiles equal before God throughout the world.
The Old Covenant had the forward-looking sign of circumcision on infants that symbolized the expectation of the circumcision of the heart.
The New Covenant has the backward-looking sign of baptism on believers that symbolizes the washing of regeneration.
The Old Covenant consisted of both regenerates and unregenerates.
The New Covenant consists only of regenerates: "and they shall all know me from the least to the greatest."

....was the new a "brand new deal' between God and man?
....Christ began a new church, with Peter's Faith as its corner stone.
This is Baptist only section. FYI, Christ Himself is the cornerstone, not Peter or Peter's faith.
16 therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner -stone of sure foundation: he that believeth shall not be in haste.
17 And I will make justice the line, and righteousness the plummet; and the hail shall sweep away the refuge of lies, and the waters shall overflow the hiding-place. Isa 28
5 ye also, as living stones, are built up a spiritual house, to be a holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God through Jesus Christ.
6 Because it is contained in scripture, Behold, I lay in Zion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: And he that believeth on him shall not be put to shame. 1 Pet 2
19 So then ye are no more strangers and sojourners, but ye are fellow-citizens with the saints, and of the household of God,
20 being built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Christ Jesus himself being the chief corner stone;
21 in whom each several building, fitly framed together, groweth into a holy temple in the Lord;
22 in whom ye also are builded together for a habitation of God in the Spirit. Eph 2
KJV:13 When Jesus came to the region of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, “Who do people say the Son of Man is?”
14 They replied, “Some say John the Baptist; others say Elijah; and still others, Jeremiah or one of the prophets.”
15 “But what about you?” he asked. “Who do you say I am?”
16 Simon Peter answered, “You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God.”
17 Jesus replied, “Blessed are you, Simon son of Jonah, for this was not revealed to you by flesh and blood, but by my Father in heaven. 18 And I tell you that you are Peter,[b] and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of Hades[c] will not overcome it. 19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven; whatever you bind on earth will be[d] bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be[e] loosed in heaven.” 20 Then he ordered his disciples not to tell anyone that he was the Messiah.
ESV:Mat 16:13 When Jesus came into the coasts of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, saying, Whom do men say that I the Son of man am?
Mat 16:14 And they said, Some say that thou art John the Baptist: some, Elias; and others, Jeremias, or one of the prophets.
Mat 16:15 He saith unto them, But whom say ye that I am?
Mat 16:16 And Simon Peter answered and said, Thou art the Christ, the Son of the living God.
Mat 16:17 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Blessed art thou, Simon Barjona: for flesh and blood hath not revealed it unto thee, but my Father which is in heaven.
Mat 16:18 And I say also unto thee, That thou art Peter, and upon this rock I will build my church; and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Mat 16:19 And I will give unto thee the keys of the kingdom of heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt bind on earth shall be bound in heaven: and whatsoever thou shalt loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven.
Mat 16:20 Then charged he his disciples that they should tell no man that he was Jesus the Christ.
Mat 16:13 Now when Jesus came into the district of Caesarea Philippi, he asked his disciples, "Who do people say that the Son of Man is?"
Mat 16:14 And they said, "Some say John the Baptist, others say Elijah, and others Jeremiah or one of the prophets."
Mat 16:15 He said to them, "But who do you say that I am?"
Mat 16:16 Simon Peter replied, "You are the Christ, the Son of the living God."
Mat 16:17 And Jesus answered him, "Blessed are you, Simon Bar-Jonah! For flesh and blood has not revealed this to you, but my Father who is in heaven.
Mat 16:18 And I tell you, you are Peter, and on this rock I will build my church, and the gates of hell shall not prevail against it.
Mat 16:19 I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth shall be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth shall be loosed in heaven."
Mat 16:20 Then he strictly charged the disciples to tell no one that he was the Christ.
So are we still under the law, or now under grace?
As per how we now live?
Do we see the law as Reformed would, or as Dispy would?
was it a continuation of it, just expanded out to include/graft in gentiles, or was the new a "brand new deal' between God and man?
What do you mean by "still under the law? Reformed Theology does not teach that we are under the law. Salvation is of grace.
The Law of Moses has three parts: ceremonial, judicial, and moral. Both the ceremonial and judicial parts have been fulfilled an abrogated in Christ. The moral law of God is binding on all men. The 10 commandments is a perfect example of God's moral law. But the moral law cannot save, it can only condemn because no one can keep it.
When Jesus said it is finished, he was not speaking of his earthly life. He was talking about the old law.
He reiterated only 9 of the 10 commandments and none of the other 630 laws the Jews were under.
It is finished, it is done. Christ began a new church, with Peter's Faith as its corner stone.
All ten commandments are repeated, not just 9..
9 there doth remain, then, a sabbatic rest to the people of God,
Heb 4:1 Therefore, while the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us fear lest any of you should seem to have failed to reach it.
Heb 4:2 For good news came to us just as to them, but the message they heard did not benefit them, because they were not united by faith with those who listened.
Heb 4:3 For we who have believed enter that rest, as he has said, "As I swore in my wrath, 'They shall not enter my rest,'" although his works were finished from the foundation of the world.
Heb 4:4 For he has somewhere spoken of the seventh day in this way: "And God rested on the seventh day from all his works."
Heb 4:5 And again in this passage he said, "They shall not enter my rest."
Heb 4:6 Since therefore it remains for some to enter it, and those who formerly received the good news failed to enter because of disobedience,
Heb 4:7 again he appoints a certain day, "Today," saying through David so long afterward, in the words already quoted, "Today, if you hear his voice, do not harden your hearts."
Heb 4:8 For if Joshua had given them rest, God would not have spoken of another day later on.
Heb 4:9 So then, there remains a Sabbath rest for the people of God,
Heb 4:10 for whoever has entered God's rest has also rested from his works as God did from his.
Heb 4:11 Let us therefore strive to enter that rest, so that no one may fall by the same sort of disobedience.
