We assign a "family" to each new person/family coming to services. They report monthly to the elders on the progress of discipleship.

Our church provides the materials for new converts, for church membership, for spiritual gifts, for ministry.

Specifically if a couple come to you and share with you what they believe is the call that God has placed on their lives, how does your church disciple them into that?

We have a formatted 8 week discipleship program that teaches the young Christian the basics. This takes place on Wed. evening services. The young convert is taken to a room and one on one teaching is done. That way people can join anytime without having to wait for another class to start.

It depends what the call is. Lets' assume they were called and want to be missionaries.

We would get them started right away in church administration and suggest they go to Bible College and major in missions. They should also attend a language class in order to learn the language of the people they feel called to witness to. Soul winning is also one of the highest priorities.

I am no expert. These are some of the things I have seen done.
