DIVIDED FAMILY.
Micah 7.6
6.The son treats father contemptuously, daughter rises up against her mother, daughter-in-law against her mother-in-law, a man's enemies are the men of his own household. (Micah 7.6) (Matthew 10.21.35-36) (Luke 12.52-53).
Here Micah described families in Israel who feud among themselves and have no strong bond to one another. The disarray in the family can be on the grounds of many things, material disputes, financial disputes, behavior disputes, religious differences, and so on.
When Jesus Christ came first time, He firmly declared that He came not to bring peace, but division into the families of men.
This division in the family will be due to religious differences and the family will divided on believers and non-believers in Christ, and of course on the basis of His teachings. Actually, it was happened before Christ when the Jews divided on the on the grounds of the Law of Moses and created numerous denominations and sects.
The same happened and in Christian world, today the world not only divided on different religions, but also divided in Christ, and subsequently families as well.
If people of different religions in the same family will have their differences, how much more a family that have believers and unbelievers in it?
How will they get along with one another? And even if religion is the same among the members of the same family, there is always something else what would separate family apart.
On example of my own family, I can say that we are not only separated apart by our personalities, characters, and points of views, but even far apart then it came to religion or faith in Christ. None of my family members and my relatives near and far truly believed in GOD or at least have some religion to follow, and no wonder that we were so different and so far apart.
I sure that time will come then GOD will rule the Earth, and only then all moral standards, principals and ideals, will be only according to GOD’S standards, according to His Teachings, to His Statutes, and to His Commandments, and it will put the end to heated disputes, debates, arguments, and feuds concerning Holy Scripture and teachings of Christ.
If GOD will write on the heart of His people His Law and they will no longer go astray and will be obedient to Him always (2Chronicles 30.12) (Psalm 40.7-8) (Proverbs 7.3) (Isaiah 44.3) (Jeremiah 24.7, 30.22, 31.33, 32.38.40) (Ezekiel 36.26-27, 39.29) (Hebrews 10.16-17) (2Corinthians 3.3),
then GOD will certainly do the same for all those who follow Him among Gentiles. This shall put the end to all disputes and feuds in the families concerning religion and faith, and the people will unite in Christ like never before.
