Not huge. All believers are brothers and sisters in Christ. Presbyterians tend to be Reformed and Calvinist, but a lot of Baptists are as well. Presbyterians baptize infants and Baptists do not - that is probably one of the major differences. Then there are different Presbyterian denominations -- USA (usually liberal), PCA (very conservative) Orthodox (conservative, very Reformed), and so forth.

Of course, why not? I could have a coffee with almost anyone.

Good question. Some do, some don't. Most of those that I have encountered over the years are neither Calvinists or Arminianist, seeing both as extreme. We are somewhere in the middle. We are presently struggling with the necessity of water baptism to be a member of a local assembly (no one in the Southern Baptist Convention can tell a local assembly what to think, do, or believe), and with women as pastors. I'm guessing that in time water baptism as a requirement will be phased out, but we will never stop teaching that it is an act of obedience, having no saving graces. I suspect we will see women pastors, as well. I know some who are associate pastors already.

Most baptists in Canada agree with the Westminster Confession, but then, we all tend to be Calvinist. I have not come across any Arminians in my circles.

I imagine that creating and formulating such a confession is a lot of work. I wouldn't want to do something like this because it's also a huge responsibility. You have to have it all right.
