Synagogue Shooting Suspect Robert Bowers Appears to be Anti-Semite Who Hates Trump

"The suspect who allegedly shouted “all Jews must die” before opening fire at a Pittsburgh synagogue and killing at least eight people has been identified by several outlets, including local CBS affiliate KDKA, as Robert Bowers. Bowers appears to have been an active user of social media, where he often posted anti-Semitic rants and put forward his theories about President Donald Trump being controlled by the Jews. Reports differ on his age, with some saying Bowers is 46 while others say he is 48.

Bowers appears to have been particularly active on Gab, which has been described as the alt-right social network that is home to lots of racists, according to posts that were screengrabbed before his account (@onedingo) was wiped. Producer and director Robby Starbuck managed to grab some of his posts and posted an archive online. “This monster is an unhinged anti-Semitic terrorist,” wrote Starbuck. …"

I think the death count is up to 11 now. Prayers for the victim's families and friends.... sad

...and of course the loonies begin:

Trump Inspired Robert Bowers To Kill In A Pittsburgh Synagogue And He Must Held Accountable

"Donald Trump and his anti-immigrant bigotry have inspired a mass act of violence and this president must be held accountable for the consequences of his dangerous rhetoric.

Trump said, “A terrible, terrible thing what’s going on with hate in our country, frankly, and all over the world. And something has to be done. Something has to be done. About it looks like the results are coming in. And they are far more devastating than anybody originally thought. If they had protection inside, the results would have been far better. This is a dispute that will always exist I suspect. But if they had some kind of a protection inside the temple, maybe it could have been a very much different situation.”

Trump’s violent rhetoric inspired another mass shooter.

The shooter, Robert Bowers, only stopped supporting Trump when he felt that Trump was too soft on Jews:

Don't be fooled: Robert Bowers only stopped supporting Trump because he didn't hate Jews enough to fit the views Bowers holds. He had hope that Trump would play out his racist agenda. Said differently, Trump wasn't radical enough for him but was pointing the same direction....."

Jews in America have NO penchant for guns generally speaking.

He probably felt relatively safe executing his blood lust in a synagogue rather than going into a church on Sunday because of Christians like yourself whose desire is to save innocent life and stop the murderer.

Ya I know - my remarks are anti Semitic- strange though - I'm part Jewish and a LOT more than 1/1024.

Forget the hate from the marxist press, we the people don't believe them anymore - period.

I usually pack. I'm realizing though that I'm severely lacking in left handed holsters

Yep. Most of them left of center and support Democrats.

How are they anti-Semitic? You are just speaking the truth. Fortunately some Jews have learned from the WW2 period and support the 2nd Amendment, they are that great organization called JPFO (Jews to Protect Firearms Ownership).

But we know Jews are not a monolithic group any more than whites or blacks, and there are extremes of all sorts--black on black crime, anti-white whites, anti-Semitic Jews, etc.

I especially agree with you about the press. Since the they like to stir things up, they cannot be trusted just on that basis, and they are much worse than that.

Yes, my best friend in the military was Jewish, however some how he got out of qualifying at the firing range every year.
I loved it though and went down on my own several times a year. I qualified expert on the .30 caliber carbine when I separated. Ya, I know, Big deal.

Now that was before I found out my mother was 1/2 Jewish, so it didn't bother me :Biggrin

I'm a deputy so yes, most times I'm packing.

The mayor of Pittsburgh now is saying that neither armed security guards or an armed citizen is not the answer to the problem. With that kind of attitude it looks like to me that he just wants more sheep to the slaughter.

I ain't got a CCW, so I don't pack in Church, but I know several men who do.

I always pack when on my little farm (possums/coyotes/coons/foxes going after my chickens), or when I go downtown (open carry in vehicle).

I can proudly say I can nail possums out to 40-50 yards with my .22 w/ iron sights ;)
