That is a strange title given the breath of scope of those articles. There are a lot of positions shuffled including a transfer to Pentagon and the forced retirement of an admiral. There were even men fired and women that historically would have been forced to retire getting special Congressional approval to not retire.

Agree. New Commandant at Annapolis (a Marine - THAT is the news) is the article. Reassignment of present head of Naval Academy to Pentagon is change in job description.
