DONALD TRUMP DRAWS UNPRECEDENTED CROWD 20,000 people IN MOBILE

MOBILE, AL — Friday at Ladd-Peebles Stadium on a humid night with the threat of inclement weather, real estate mogul Donald Trump entertained, excited and energized a crowd of approximately 20,000 people.

Trump hit the stage to Lynyrd Skynrd’s “Sweet Home Alabama,” thanking the crowd and likening the experience to how evangelist Billy Graham might have felt during one of his famous stadium sermons.

During his 45-minute speech, the Republican presidential front-runner took shots at Democratic presidential front-runner Hillary Clinton, his opponent former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-FL), and Macy’s while doubling on his prior statements about the 14th Amendment and “anchor babies.”

Trump also had a number of elected officials offer endorsements, including Rep. Barry Moore (R-Enterprise), who explained to Breitbart News how Trump won him over.

“I think we got to get back to what made the nation great, and that’s free markets,” Moore said. “Political correctness is the problem with the country. It’s not going to cure anything until we go back our conservative values and get with the Constitution and do what this country was made to do and that’s create opportunity for everybody.”

Unless the others get he guts to change their message to resonate with the people who make up America, you will see these numbers grow.

He may not be polished. He may lack the political polish a real career politicians brings to the fight. But America is tired of career politicians, and Trump has exposed this festering sore, and he is making his message, America's message.

Which is why this site is so entertaining... ;)

Good one!!!

It looks as if Trump is a front-runner in the election and may now have a legitimate chance at the nomination. Alabama US Senator Jeff Sessions appeared on the platform with Trump. Now Sessions would make a great President....

Trump is a Steven Colbert-type Caricature Republican. His act is very polished.

Another good point!

Trump is not polished enough for intellectuals such as Crabtown. I saw most of his speech live and he is more interesting than most wealthy people that I have met here in Indianapolis due to his common touch but he is not eloquent as Reagan was, don't you agree?

The intellectuals will never accept Trump.

I am totally undecided but I do admire Sen. Sessions and his appearance with Trump is impressive. I only knew one other person who went to Wharton School of Finance. I guess he studied Real Estate, which is slow right now.

Basing your vote only on whether a candidate is a Christian or no, is a disaster waiting to happen.
Jimmy Carter is a Christian (according to his statements), but as a president, well -- he was/is a good Habitat-for-humanity spokesman and peanut vendor.

I like Carson VERY much, but -----!

Ron Paul did the same and looked what the GOP did to him.

I agree with this. From what I know of him, and having heard him speak on C-span, I've yet to disagree with him on any issue. He is a very good communicator also. Do not know all of his positions, but would like to see him in the race.

I suspect the crowds are similar to those which gather around a train wreck. Not so much in approval of what is happening but just for the shear excitement of the theater involved! :)

The RNC seems powerless against Trump. Every time they try to discredit him it backfires or has no effect e.g. Trump bad mouthing McCain as a "hero".

They are on the proverbial horns of the proverbial dilemma. If they tar and feather him out of the RNC then he goes independent assuring a Republican loss of the White House and a possible Trump victory.

If Trump doesn't fizzle out soon, then sit back and watch the fireworks.
