Down's Syndrome: Got Experience?

Does anyone here have experience working with preteens and teens with Down's? I've zip knowledge/experience with this particular issue and now I have need of it. The medical information can be obtained online, but I really need someone who can talk to me about it from the heart too, not just the mind.
