I expect the Eagles to win tomorrow, but I'm rooting for the Falcons. I like Jim Mora, Jr., as a coach.

I also expect the Patriots to win tomorrow and I am rooting for them as well. I think they have the best organization in football right now.

 

Glad I can watch it on TV. It's gonna be coooollllldddddd in those stands.

I couldn't stand him when he played for the 'Niners but he's changed since he's come here.

Everyone who knows him says he's just not the same guy he was then.

Speaking of Ireland, I have some friends from Kerry who have a band here in Philly called Blackthorn.

My only regret is that Merril and Mike won't be calling the game. I think I'd give anything to hear Merril make the call.

Kind of.

Because he's in green now, I've taken the time to get to know more about him.

Now that I do, I don't think he's such a bad guy.

Evidently, I'm not the only one. Everyone around the league who knows him says that he's changed greatly, that he's a much more team oriented player now than just the T.O. oriented player he was in SF.

It's a game. Why not have some fun at it?

 

I certainly don't think it should be the No Fun League. On the other hand, I like the humility expressed by the Patriots from the coach all the way through the lineup. It seems to me, self-oriented players do the celebrating and many times are also the ones who insist on the big contracts- -at the expense of their teammates.

 

sure, celebrating is no problem, its gotta be fun.... but to stand in the center of the cowboys star and from there mock the dallas fans is cocky.
