The one of the very few class acts I have seen by a leftist entertainer.

Very class act. Glad she stood up the crazies. I have various friends, acquaintances, work associates, etc. that may not agree with my religious, political, etc. beliefs. It doesn't mean that we still can't be kind to each other. Used to be called "common courtesy." Even further, as Christians we are called to love others.

Does junior high school ever end for these people? Ellen was sitting with George at the cafeteria table and we don't like him so now we don't like her!

I did see that, I would think GWB was a Cowboys fan, and Ellen would be the Packers fan. Anyways, the Packers put in the better performance and won, sorry Troy.

We are supposed to love everyone. I applaud Ellen for showing love to Dubya and calling out the haters.

In praise of sodomites?

A class act wouldn't have sat with Bush, in the first place.

For a conservative (not a neocon), not only is Bush a war criminal, but he's also invited same-sex marriage into America and did no good for any conservative cause.

Why did Ellen Degenerate sit with Bush, because he's a hero to sodomites and rubbing elbows with presidents helps establish one as elite. Why did a very few leftists criticize Ellen, because Bush is a war criminal (which is only a problem for them because of their partisanship).

Why did Ellen defend sitting with Bush? First, it's pathetic for any Christian to think that Ellen was putting herself out for Bush. Ellen's good standing with the left wasn't in the least bit of danger, so it took her not one ounce of courage to defend herself. The only way for Ellen to hurt herself would be to apologize for sitting with long-out-of-power Bush. She'd put herself in a real situation if she had to start being super careful who she invited to her show, or if she started cutting her connections.

Ellen, despite her lifestyle and political leanings, is and has always been a class act. I respect her for that. I disagree with her and I pray she finds the light but you have to respect her.
