Enough Food For Everyone

In theory I agree, as with so many theories in academia, they just don't work in the real world.
I've got tied into feeding less privileged people a few times in my life, in Africa, South America and in the good old USA. When we send food to these other countries, so often the food didn't get to the ones in need. Trying to teach many of these folks how to raise their own food didn't work well either. Even much of the work in this country, many still believed they were victims and it wasn't fair for the guy over there to have more than they did. Next you have to find people willing to work for nothing or next to nothing to get a program to work. Problem there is the ones making the money, heading the program but doing little to no physical work, giving up little to no family time and giving up little to no vacation time and so on are the one getting the accolade.
Their are many folks getting great wealth in feeding and helping the folks around the world who need help. Everyone gives the theory but very few are willing to give up what they have to, to do it, we come back into our real world when it takes away our retirement, home saving and so on.

 

And so what can be done to make the folks in third world countries?

1. Remove regulations that prevent them from growing their won food

2. Remove regulations that prevent third world countries from industrializing



The G8 summit will be like all the others. Nothing more than a meeting of extremist minds trying to figure out how they can confiscate the wealth of the US. It is dishonest.
