Our Sun's solar wind has been measured by observation and by satellite. It's known mean velocity to be 500 KM/s. Or 310.7 mi/s.

Now Earth being 93000000 miles from the Sun. That mean solar wind being 3.46 days from the Sun to Earth.

So our Sun becoming our Sun on day one. It's new star stellar wind can be understood to blow the debris from the Earth by the fourth day to allow the Sun Moon and stars to be seen as distinct lights in the sky.
