Attorney Lincoln “Lin” Wood Jr. stated that Georgia may undergo another election if his lawsuit succeeds.

Wood is best known for his work with high-profile clients such as Richard Jewell, JonBenet Ramsey’s parents, Gary Condit, Kobe Bryant’s alleged victim, Howard K. Stern, and Anna Nicole Smith’s mother. Most recently, Wood made headlines for defending teenagers Nicholas Sandmann and Jacob Blake.

Monday, Wood appeared on the John Fredericks Radio Show to explain why he filed suit against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

“That consent agreement made substantive changes in the absentee voting rules. You can’t do that. Only the state legislature is permitted to make a change in a federal election in the state.”

In short, Wood’s lawsuit claims that Raffensperger made unauthorized changes to election law. Wood filed in the capacity as a private citizen who voted in the general election.

I read that there are only a handful of lawyers that one selects from if one is serious about taking a case before the US Supreme Court and NONE of the names on that high profile list are involved in any of the current lawsuits. That makes most of these lawsuits more like "publicity stunts" with little chance of getting far in the process.

Don't get me wrong, if there was a case to win, then nobody would be happier than me to see it move forward. It just seems as more time goes on, the actual EVIDENCE is weaker than first reported, not stronger. I think that this time, the majority chose the Far Left over the prickly Right. It just is what it is unless someone shows some real evidence in a court of law.

It's more going to be decided on the grounds of "due process" than having to conclusively prove voter fraud, at least in GA and PA. The requirements for mail-ins were much laxer than people who showed up to vote in person, and then in PA, it's that extended time to mail the ballots. I think at least PA will go up to SCOTUS.

But I don't like Lin's suggestion - the same people counting the ballots, the same software? And to throw it all out would be time-consuming and expensive if you had to do it in a matter of weeks. I don't think there IS an acceptable remedy, if Biden prevails, it looks like he cheated bigly, if Trump gets SCOTUS to call him the winner, more black robes running the country. I don't really know who won where after all this, but election reform is my remedy, this one is a disgrace. Lose lose situation.
