I hate bravado.

People who constantly want to get into fights for every perceived harm done to them. I once saw a teenager who was displaced from New Orleans try to get into a fight because "Did you see how he looked at me?"

No, that's called an observable pattern of behavior.
I tend to agree at least partly with Deacon.
It's a taught cultural thing. For example, rap culture is shared by many colors. So is welfare culture. This method of handling conflict is also cultural and also shared by many colors.
One needs to fight the culture - not the color.
Unfortunately, notice the number of children. These children are likely to also be raised and taught this culture. The only thing stopping it is a church setting or the schools. I doubt they attend church and I don't think the Los Angeles schools are up to the task since Los Angeles is a leftist haven. So, the cycle will repeat.
Why is it prejudiced? I didn't study the pictures closely, but every person I saw in the picture was the same color. Two were postured to fight. I guess those two will be the ones fighting.
