Offense is Manning, he came from Tennessee. Defense is Brian Urlacher, that guy is awesome. and I like Dante Hall returning kicks (im a chiefs fan gotta add one in)

I loved watching both of them.

 

Walter Payton. Best in my lifetime. Agree with John Madden about Payton - Maybe not the best runner ever, definitely not the fastest, maybe not the best blocker ever, etc., but no one came close in total package. Tough runner, great blocker, great receiver.

Remember when Payton and Franco Harris were chasing Jim Brown's record. Heard an interview with Jim Brown is which he was asked if he had a preference as to who got there first. He said Payton without a doubt because he never ran out of bounds to avoid a hit. Harris was bigger than every d-back in the league and ran out of bounds every chance he got to avoid contact.
