It is beginning to happen, the fraud evidence is starting to be revealed in the data as official, not speculation.

Miller—who specializes in analytic number theory and sabermetrics—flagged nearly 100,000 ballots in Pennsylvania for potential voter fraud after analyzing election data and phone interviews, according to The Epoch Times.

Trainor said that Miller is clearly qualified as an expert witness in almost any court in the United States and that the court would have to look at the information he has provided.

It's not just this one guy either...

The county that gave Biden the win in PA had its usb keys and control laptop stolen to the Dominion system software right before the election.
The system is very easy to hack.

As it turns out, attorney Sidney Powell has plenty of firepower to back up her Kraken claims about the 2020 presidential election, including high-tech intelligence experts who concluded electronic ballot theft tipped the results in key battleground states.

First and foremost is Dr. Navid Keshavarz-Nia, an experienced cyber crimes investigator and digital security executive, who has worked with the CIA, NSA, FBI, and U.S. military counterintelligence, as well as corporate financial giants like Deutsche Bank and Stripe.

In an affidavit filed with Powell’s complaint in a Georgia court before midnight Wednesday, Keshavarz-Nia had this bombshell assessment.

Hundreds of thousands of votes

“I conclude with high confidence that the election 2020 data were altered in all battleground states resulting in hundreds of thousands of votes that were cast for President Trump to be transferred to Vice President Biden.”

These alterations, he added, resulted from widespread vulnerabilities in voting software and systems that allowed a “Man-in-the-Middle cyber attack” by covert operators.

Chances are good the mainstream media, on cue, will launch an assault on the credibility of Keshavarz-Nia, who currently lives in Temecula, California.

If this is not fixed now, in the future every single election will be illegitimate, impossible to trust. The government will be looked at by millions as illegitimate.

It already is, there is no good outcome. There is no good remedy and there's no evidence that the Biden campaign didn't cheat and cheat brazenly. What happened in the wee hours the day after the election could not have been a coincidence, it was probably coordinated with the help of the MSM, they were all caught off guard with the election results earlier.

Biden wins Georgia, but loses Florida. Trump wins Ohio but loses Michigan? Does not compute, these states claimed to have stopped counting for the night but they didn't, they were waiting on all those fake votes. Georgia claimed to have had a problem with a water main, no record of it anywhere. And then there's all these overvotes and poll workers counting the vote after throwing out the watchers, BLM nutjobs programming the computers.

PA judge rules PA election unconstitutional. Opens the doors to state legislature picking electors or something else maybe and since they're republican controlled would make Trump win the state.

Electors in dispute, could mean PA wont send any electors to the electoral college. You can blame the democrats for what is happening, the charges are on them.

State legislatures choose electors, not governors. I saw that if Wolfe does not comply, they can go to the supreme court.

Pennsylvania Supreme Court Tosses GOP Lawsuit on Absentee Ballots, Lifts Block on Certification of Election

PA Supreme court tossed it not because the decision was wrong, just not filed timely enough?
If they filed before the election, the court would have tossed it saying there was no injury.
Only appeal is to the US Supreme Court.

And the PA legislature could follow their state constitution and appoint their own electors. The PA secretary of state could also appoint a different set of electors, so dueling slate of electors appointed, now you see why this must be resolved by the US Supreme Court. Or the Republicans just give in and say uncle.
