federal judge in Florida has voided Democrat President Joe Biden’s national mask mandate, which is in place at airports and covers travel on airplanes and other forms of public transportation.

“The decision Monday by U.S. District Judge Kathryn Kimball Mizelle in Tampa also said the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention improperly failed to justify its decision and did not follow proper rule-making,” the Associated Press reported. “The CDC recently extended the mask mandate, which was set to expire on April 18, until May 3 to allow more time to study the BA.2 omicron subvariant of the coronavirus that is now responsible for the vast majority of cases in the U.S.”

yes, yes, yes, and yes, such a relief not to have to suffocate myself for hours on end anymore. I had a medical exemption from it, but it was only valid in this state but not always even then - the doctor that wrote the exemption enforced masking in her office, lol.

Biden and his goons say they're going to appeal it if the CDC wants them to, but I think it's gone forever. There was still at least thirty percent of people at the airports wearing them but now I don't have to pretend to be sipping water all the time. I the mask makes them feel better, safer, whatever, wear one then, fine by me.

Be sure of one thing, when they lose control and their President is down this far in the polls you can be sure it is a likely bet that BLM will be trotted out to continue their pillage and mayhem.
