I feel so in adequate when called upon to pray in public. My desire is to speak what's on my heart in an articulate and biblical correctness.
Take for instance we I hear/see an emergency vehicle I pray silently.
"Dear GOD I humble ask YOU to protect the responders to reach their destination safely. Bless them with knowledge and the wisdom to treat the injured. LORD I also bessech you to provide comfort and peace to those who are injured and spare their lives. And if any of the persons don't know YOU as their personal Savior I humbly pray they will have another chance to call upon you before its to late. In JESUS name Amen.

Occasionally when I'm called upon to pray in Sunday School class I include " LORD we humbly ask YOUR HOLY SPIRIT to work in the hearts of those who do not know you as their personal Savior may they realize their need to be saved before it is to late."

Do you consider these prayers doctrinally sound?

Another issue before dismissal our Sunday School Class Teacher asks if anyone has specific prayer requests. After all is heard a person is called upon to pray "for all of these requests" I don't remember each individual name or request made how do you handle this?
Do I need to be taking notes and with eyes opened mention each particular need by name/issue?
Or as I'm doing now try to cover these requests in a general manner.
"Dear LORD you have heard these requests made we ask you to provide healing and comfort to the sick, please send your HOLY SPIRIT to work in the the wayward hearts, bless those who are experiencing problems at work" etc etc
