    Hey folks,

    Our church is having an Italian Food Fight this Sunday night and I was wondering if anyone had any favorite Italian Dishes they enjoyed cooking and would be willing to share. If my dish that I have concocted does not make everyone sick Sunday evening, I will gladly post it here to share.

    Any ideas?

    Parmesan Spaghetti

    Parmesan Spaghetti
    1 lb. spaghetti or noodles
    6 quarts boiling water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    4 tbsp. butter or margarine
    4 tbsp. parmesan cheese
    Add spaghetti to boiling water in pan. Add salt and oil.
    Cook for 12 minutes, stirring frequently. Drain spaghetti in
    colander. Return spaghetti to pan. Add butter and cheese.
    Keep warm. Serve with sauce of your choice. 4-6 servings.
