I'd like to see the same breakdown.
How many homeschooled, married adults need other people to pay for their birth control ?
Go ask the people in your church. Many of the women in churches I've been in go to clinics to get reduced cost or free birth control pills. By themselves, they're going to cost around $600 a year and then the cost of the doctor visits and exams associated, so they take advantage of being able to get those visits, exams, and the pills for either free or a fraction of the cost.
I'd imagine that you could do an internet search for the information. Here's the first one I ran into about abortions:
"Women between the ages of 15 and 19 account for about 19% of all abortions; women 20 to 24 account for another 33%; and about 25% of abortions are obtained by women who are 30 or older." From:
http://www.prochoice.org/about_abortion/facts/women_who.html
I don't see one right away about the average age of people using birth control, but like I said, it's pretty obvious just from looking around and living. The majority of students are not using birth control and are not as active as adults (though yes, many are) while most of the adults I know are active and use birth control. Most of the adults I know are married. How many of your friends that are not naturally sterile have a ton of children? If not, they are likely using birth control.
It's also just common sense. Most married people are having a regular relationship and want to control when/how many children they have, or you'd be seeing the majority turning out a baby every other year or more. (I have three in 2 1/2 years!)
People tend to think the worst of teens and that they're the ones all running around, when in reality, only a very small fraction of teens end up pregnant compared to older couples/married couples. That's why a pregnant teenage girl turns heads! People aren't as used to seeing a teen as an adult. That's even obvious in the link provided in the opening post.
