    I'm sorry, this was a meme-centered thread and I acted in a way that did not take this question seriously and I should have assumed good faith instead of assuming bad faith. This is why I deleted the previous posts.

    The answer to your question is "no" and as I have said before "time frame construct" does not exist. Hence, there is no one who believes "God lives within a time frame construct".

    I believe that God, as described in the Bible, acts in the present. He doesn't act in the future and he doesn't ever act to change the past. In addition, God responds in the present.

    What about Cyrus who is mentioned by name in Isaiah as the one who would free the Jews and allow them to return to the land?

    Is that God preparing to act in the future?

    Making plans to act in the future is not the same as acting in the future outside of time.

    I plan to go home today. Am I outside of time?
