Are you ok mate?
My wife and I have discussed this. If we have to, we will stop the medications and prepare to die. There isn’t a way to afford the cancer treatments. And of course she is depressed by that. One of her friends was hit by a car crossing the street on her way to delivering food to a shut in and died causing her husband to take his life recently and that has added to my wife’s depression. And they were good people who gave back to the community only to be ignored by them. I don’t see them treating us better. But it’s in Gods hands so I will stay resolute…. Not so my wife.

Again, thanks Donny Distruction.

It is in Jesus hands, and He loves you both, you are not alone. Whenever worry or fear or sadness pokes its ugly head up.

Just say “ Jesus, I surrender everything to you, myself, my wife, my whole situation, take care of everything. “

Jesus does not want us to worry, worry is a kind of anti faith or anti trust in Him.
It blocks Him in a way.

This prayer in particular is very powerful at restoring peace and that peace transforms into inner joy, but it will also change circumstances you think are impossible.

This childlike Trust is irresistible to Jesus, He wants to help, it gives Jesus full power to act.
Worry is us taking control again. Trust in His captaincy completely.

As you keep doing this, the first thing you will notice is the peace, then will follow the inner joy. Then keep note and observe circumstances, Jesus will take care of everything.

Every time I have practiced blind reliance on Jesus, not even thinking about present difficulties or thoughts of the future, incredible things have happened.

“Jesus you take over”, just say it.

It’s then just contemplating Jesus, His Goodness and Trustworthiness and resting in Him and His Presence.

It is this simple.

A moment in this state is as refreshing as restful holiday, Jesus will give you rest.

Lord Jesus Glorify The Father in these needs of mine, in whatever way you desire. I’m going to take a nap in your arms and think only of you as I should. Your perfect Love deserves my perfect trust, Lord Jesus
, I love you and I trust you, take care of everything.

I am so sorry that the government is doing this to you and your wife. Human governments are evil - always have been and always will be, as they are part of the rebellion against God when Adam and Eve rejected God's government in the Garden of Eden.

This is the MakeAmerica Great Again rally cry. When Musk makes 2 million a day on the government doll but people cannot get the proper health assistance or food to feed their families then this government is a sham.

It’s been only a few days since they took office, still haven’t sworn in everyone in the administration.

Yet they have managed to fire from the military and all divisions of the Federal Government. Trump has signed over 100 executive orders in order to fast track his agenda.

Ultimately we aren’t reliant on government, we are reliant on Divine Providence which operates whether we have bad governments or good governments.
It’s nice to have good governments but not essential. The Apostles lived under absolute tyranny.

If we find ourselves hating people or adulating people regarding politics, we still have our trust in men, not God. God does not want us to hate, or overly laud men as the answer. The Father is the source of our daily bread for all our needs.

No, the correct disposition is to be relatively indifferent, but welcome the good should it happen, and praise God for it, not men.

Abraham Lincolns time, the entire bureaucracy was eliminated as standard practice, there was no permanent bureaucratic state or departments.

I’d just view it as America returning more to its roots, though Trump hasn’t totally wiped out the old bureaucracy and started fresh, he certainly has beheaded the woke, dei, socialist fat cats as starting point.

I’m in disagreement with Lincoln’s entire way of governing which I view as unconstitutional. Lincoln’s government caused war and depravity and the desolation of the Southern states, he pandered to the rich industrialists greed and adverse without concern for how they in turn made their livings and suspended habius corpus. I conclude that he was a terrible US President not fit as a historical model.

And how about the oligarchal fat cats who it is glaringly evident that Trump is pandering to? Where have his campaign promises to the common people gone to? What’s the USA’s GDP numbers looking like today, what’s the stock market numbers looking like?

I’m saying God is in charge no matter what the government.

It’s actually better if people concern themselves with their daily duties than worry excessively on these things, lose their peace and start hating over it.

It actually becomes sinful if we overly concern ourselves in matters not given us for our state in life to deal with, things out of our hands.

Sloth is not laziness as such, it is doing or concerning ourselves with everything other than our duty for our state in life.

If your media should cause you to sin or hate, cut it off.

Start your day in quiet with Jesus, and carry out your duties with Jesus and turn off all the raging madness.

Many other presidents did the same, not just Lincoln, whole bureaucracies were eliminated and fresh ones put in place.
It’s actually a good idea to prevent a permanent parasitic class of bureaucrats.

My hatred is for liars and that includes most politicians and that’s why I don’t participate in the corruption….rather I fight it with every fiber of my being. The democrats are just as evil and corrupt as these Republican sycophants who delude themselves into believing they are improving my country via blindly supporting a NYC grifter.

And I do start my day with Jesus, remembering that He was the greatest historical activist, flipping tables, calling out people for being liars and hypocrites, dying for Gods truth….yes, He is my prime example.
