I make blueberry, buckwheat pancakes every Sunday morning for breakfast. Sometimes we have breakfast for supper during the week.

They are very easy to make. I keep buckwheat pancake mix on hand all the time. We don't use the white anymore. I always keep some frozen blueberries in the freezer too. Yummmmmmmmmm!!!!

I voted none of the above although I like blueberry pancakes and banana pancakes, but I was not sure if they were covered under "tutti-frutti" pancakes.

Sorry. I've been experimenting and the pancakes just aren't good unless they are eaten immediately.

You got it! You don't have to bring your own maple syrup either. I'll just drive up the road a piece to Funk's Grove and get some fresh from the tree! That's about as genuine as you can get!

Why would anybody use syrup (yukk) it is so messy and sticky. Just plenty of butter is the way to go.
