There was a resale shop for kid's in one town I lived near. It was named "Once Upon a Child." Adorable name!

Leaven and Earth Sandwich Co., catering business in Citrus Heights, CA.

There was a coffee stand in Grants Pass OR named "The Human Bean." The name threw me but I stopped by anyhow and YUCK!

Pies-n-Thighs in Brooklyn. In case you think I'm kidding here's the link... http://piesnthighs.com/

Kuu kai? = "Wanna Eat?"--an all you can eat restaurant that used to be in our town. It went broke, though the food was okay.

    "Used-2-B" - shop selling second-hand furniture

An estate agent (I think that's "realtor" in American) called David Force. When he sold a house, the sign would go up: "Sold by Force".

In our area there is a PRAY construction company. Every time I see one of their trucks, I wonder if their customers are supposed to pray they do a good job!

There was a Japanese restaurant near my house that was called, "Yuki," which means "snow." However, most Americans would pronounce it, "Yucky." Maybe that's why they didn't stay in business very long!
