    Actually, I care. I care very much that people like him can think they can pick and choose what suits them from the Word of our Lord and discard the rest at their convenience.

    I care and think we have a duty as Christians to uphold the truth of God's Word and do our utmost to ensure it is not abused and misused the way some people would like to abuse and mis-use it today.

    I care that there are people out there in our societies who do not know the truth, and look to the "church" and say if that is religion they want no part of it.

    I care very much, shouldn't you? after all, Jesus died for you as well as me. I care that there are so many lost and mis guided souls out there in our societies and I care that "the church" is letting us down, Christianity down and God down.

    Dear intellectual giant: If you are going to issue such condemnation of other Christian brothers and sisters you should at least get the communion right ... The man is an Angelican not Roman Catholic.

Scripture and Tradition, Bishops/Priests/Deacons, Liturgical Ritual, Incense and Bells, etc.). In fact, many Anglicans call themselves "Catholic," and get really down on the Roman Church for an apparent monopolization of the term "Catholic."

    But then, Bob, an "intellectual giant" such as yourself should have known this already.

    Roman Catholic and Anglican my be similar but they are not the same ... and practice varies among differ kinds of Anglican communions. But thanks for you supercilious information. We IG have got to stick together.
