that crazy John McCain wants to shoot the nomination down, he is destroying any positive legacy with this "shoulda picked Joe Lieberman", "not inviting Trump to my funeral", now this. His old buddy Linda Graham says he's going to vote to confirm anyways.

the Democrats operate on a double standard:

then there was that question to Gina if she had ever been alone with Trump - imagine if Rand Paul or even a RINO like McCain had asked that of an Obama appointee of either gender. All you would have heard was more fake moral outrage.

IMO McCain has a legit excuse - he is ill, very ill.

he is a war hero.

Ya, I almost quit supporting Trump when he said JM wasn't a hero (He did back peddle).

Plus Trump was the lesser of two evils - although he's turning out OK.

He's going to leave a sad legacy of being nothing more than a mean vindictive Rino. Personal grudges mean everything to a small minded individual like McCain.

It’s OK to drop napalm, rain hellfire missiles, turn their brains into pink mist with a .50 cal bullet, but playing loud music, or pouring water in their face is not who we are. Yeah right. If we can save American lives by inflicting a small fraction of the discomfort they routinely inflict on helpless civilians, it is all to the good. The hypocrisy of the left is unending. Show a video of a baby recoiling in the womb to try to avoid the pain & DEATH of the abortion, that is what they support!

To quote an ancient cliché "War is hell".

Hiroshima and Nagasaki were hell on earth in August of 1945.

The death, agony, anguish and torture of almost 200,000 human beings caused by American President Harry S Truman (D) ended WWII with mass torture of civilians.so demoralizing the nation of Japan they surrendered.

Torture is a tool of war and if we aren't willing to use it then answer this question:
Why does America have the largest inventory of mass destruction devices on the face of the earth, a fact the whole world knows.

Death by radiation flash burn is only instantaneous at ground zero.

A 60 megaton thermonuclear device has a ground zero radius of 30 miles with agony and eventual death out another 30 miles.

If such a bomb was detonated over Seattle massive death would extend south to Olympia (flattening Tacoma on the way) and north to Everett.

Yes he should step down or perhaps be removed.

I was just stating that its amusing that some accuse us as being barbaric, when we deal with real killers and thugs, while they don;t seem to mind Isis beheading and burning innocent folks!

Did you speak out against the use of napalm in the Vietnam war? You seem to agree that it was inhumane.
