Don't think I'll 'need' to see it. Kinda like 'The Passion of the Christ ', which I was told was very graphic like this one is. I understand the utter cruelty of it all without going to see a movie about it.

Knowing my wife she'll probably want to see it.

Yes, The Passion of the Christ was intense. I saw it because the Christian community of the time was not insulated from such brutality as we are today, so when they thought “crucifixion,” they knew it at a more visceral level. Some of us need more reminding than others.

For those unfamiliar with the brutality of abortion, perhaps it is time they know it similarly, especially if they are calloused to it, e.g., the coat hanger crowd …and those who so can so easily vote for third trimester Hillary and Planned Parenthood representatives.

Oh yes, Kermit Gosnell, a modern day back alley abortionist. Don't think I can see it, the subject matter is just too gross, but I wonder what genre this would fall into - horror, docudrama, bio, or some combination of that?

At the time Gosnell was finally arrested, I had friends that were heavily involved in the anti-abortion movement, but only one of them had ever heard of this ghoul. Makes me wonder how many more like him are out there right now.

I thought Baptists aren’t supposed to go to the movies. ;)

Although I am a Baptist and I don't go to movies (last one was in 965), my not going is not because I am Baptist. The reason is because I came under conviction of the Holy Spirit. My goal is to demonstrate the Mind of Christ by living it out. I want my will to be in compliance with His.

Psa 119:37 KJV - Turn away mine eyes from beholding vanity; [and] quicken thou me in thy way.
1Co 2:15 KJV - But he that is spiritual judgeth all things, yet he himself is judged of no man.
1Co 2:16 KJV - For who hath known the mind of the Lord, that he may instruct him? But we have the mind of Christ.
