Are property taxes going to be waived for these properties and passed on the non-black neighbors? If these home-owners maintain their properties like many in my neighborhood - oh well!

I think that the vaccine should go to minorities among the first to receive it because they have the highest death rates. According to the Red Cross, covid was found in Red Cross blood from October 2019 so I have been almost 15 months without so much as a slight cold so I am not worried.

Black people are 13% of the population in the US, from what I have read.
When we went to Oregon, I did not see a single black person anywhere.
