The apostle John says Cain was of the evil one (1John 3:12). Then Jude pronounces woe on the false teachers in his time for going the way of Cain (v.11). What then should we infer from these inspired references?

Man, you're sure on a Cain kick, huh?
Cain happens to be in the Bible. This site has been labeled as one that cares false teaching by this BB. I would like to know if you support this Cain view.

As I already told you through PM, the ME (millenial exclusion) has been deemed by the BB as false teaching.

To be honest, I've never studied Cain too much, so I cannot give a detailed response.

1. Those guys at GES say that commentators have a weak case for concluding Cain is in hell, yet they turn around and ignore the plain reading of Scripture and import their own whims.

2. They say Cain is a believer according to 1John 3:12, yet John makes no mention of Cain as a believer, neither does the rest of Scripture.

Webdog,

1. Those guys at GES are working with the same references that we have in our Bibles, but they are forcing their whimsical ideas on the text.

2. They have come up with a system and now are forcing Cain into that system.
