GW vs UNC Wilmington

    We got tickets! Son and almost DIL are coming home to go with us to the game. They go to UNCW. Should be fun.

    Not usually, but this should be more like a nine vs. a five or six. UK/UAB is not an upset either way. I'm a UK fan. Do I realistically think UK or UAB deserved as high a seed as GW? Not on a bet. Could UK or UAB beat GW? Perhaps, with playing well. Playing the way they've played on average this year? I said I was a fan; I didn't say I was a sycophant! And I think the same about UAB.

    Wow! is right! Seahawks lost (and I mean they lost!) but it was exciting. We stood the whole time because we were surrounded by UNCW students (whose language was filthy by the way), but it went down to the wire. Everyone was screaming -- except the Duke fans.

    Very unlike the Duke game. But didn't Southern put up a good show!

    I had to miss the end of the Tennessee/Winthrop game to go to Greensboro. We kept trying to find it on the radio. Man! What a time to miss.

    We left at half time during the Duke game since poor Ron actually had to go to work today. I got home in time to see my alma mater, Indiana, win! They showed the last few minutes of it after Duke/Southern finished. They should have gone to it sooner -- It was a much better game.

    And the BC game. . .

    Wow! I love basketball.

    Well, it certainly is a small world Pastor :D

    I have a Bachelor in General Studies (liberal arts) with concentrations in Math & English. Nice little degree that has served me quite well over the years.

    Were you at Bloomington?

    I have a BA in History from there. No I never made it to Bloomington, I did all my work at IUN.

    My son (the one in seminary) majored in History and Drama at Chapel Hill.

    History must be a pastor thing??? :D
