Hamas: We won't arrest Palestinians who attack Israel

It is political positions such as these that make necessary the destruction of people as unredeemable. Teach people to hate, and plot to kill Israeli's and other infidels throughout their learning years, and they will be unredeamable. Their death is the only solution. There may be a few exceptions, but they would be few. The cup of iniquity was full in the case of the Amalikites. Saul was told to utterly destroy Amalek (ISam 15:3). He was to destroy every human and all amimals. We aren't a theocracy as was Israel at that time, but my point is that if the iniquity in the proportions we see in the middle east today, are allowed to thrive, only evil can flourish. There will be no room for good.

 

A few here seemed alarmed that I had no use for Palestinian democracy in an earlier thread, to which I responded that animals with a vote are still animals. And when animals vote for animals, then voting animals are encouraged to continue acting like animals.

 

When I saw them dancing in the streets, on 9/12/01, I decided they would never get my support. It's a bummer for the one or two Palestinians who don't want America destroyed, but I'm on yer page, FTR. We'rew going to HAVE to face them at some point, this walking on eggshells hoping they change their mind about Israel is going to make a lot of people dead.

I give you the stupidity of the Rice doctrine of foreign policy...give them everything they want and hope for the best. Her mediocrity shows what a bad decision it would be to ever elect her president. Rice and Kadima are to blame for this more so than Hamas because they won't demand reciprocity and accountability.

I disagree with you only in terms of who is more to blame. I think that when you say that she is more to blame, you give Hamas an excuse. Their actions and policie are solely their own responsibility. But I do accept the point that Rice is contributing to this by not holding Hamas responsible.

 

I have come to agree with you on this, Joseph. At this point in our nation's history I don't think that anyone who is in the Demopublican Party is capable of turning our nation around from its fiscal irresponsibility and the consequences of it - even if he/she talks a good game.

 

They do have a partial excuse at least. When Rice and Kadima won't hold them accountable for their actions, and in fact, reward them, what do you expect? It would be like if I gave my child a piece of candy for throwing a fit because he doesn't want to do something we have told him to. If you saw me do that, you would at least partially blame me for allowing and enabling that behavior.

Rice is only obeying the President as did Colin Powell before her. Like I've said all along - he is no friend to Israel.

 

I think he is well intentioned, like many presidents before him...but just wrong in the way he goes about things.
