Every tie breaking vote she casts will easily mark her as the accountable person in the public consciousness , and people will remember that of her for every disgusting bill they dont like that democrats force through into laws. I hate the idea, but more likely she is being groomed for President 2022, if not sooner. Many of those who voted for Biden wanted this. We all knew this. Harris may become President without being voted in. Don't be surprised or dismayed when it happens.

she is not well liked but democrats have short memories about their own people. she did terrible during the primaries.
I have read Obama picked her and is actually running a shadow presidency with Biden being a puppet.
