I have not read it. I did some online searches about the book and the author.
I found the book available at Barnes and Noble.com
I have found the book available at Amazon.com
I searched Christianbook.com but could not find matches...if I am wrong, then please point to me.
I searched Berean.com but found nothing.
I searched FamilyChristianStores.com but found nothing. Again, if I am wrong, then please tell me. I lost my results of my searches and may have missed something.
At Amazon.com the readers who posted their reviews were mixed for whatever that is worth.
In my search I found a book written by Beth Moore with some of the same words used or emphasized as in this book's title.
Speaking only for myself, I would feel more comfortable reading material from Beth Moore than from reading material from Rebecca Brown.
One of the critics pointed out that the author has lived, attended school in "Central Indiana." For whatever that is worth.
On the other Satan is real. We are in a spiritual battle. Time "is getting short." It looks like evil is winning. But by faith we can say and sing "The night is almost over. "

(Romans 13:12 GW) The night is almost over, and the day is near. So we should get rid of the things that belong to the dark and take up the weapons that belong to the light.

This is a terrible, terrible book! I tell people who have it to throw it away!!
It's chock full of unbiblical stuff and sensational, unbelievable stories. One woman claims to have married Satan in a Presbyterian Church. Then they got on a private jet and drank champagne. Rebecca supports this story. This should be enough for Christians to toss this book, but apparently it's not.
BTW, Rebecca Brown is not her real name. Also, after this book, the police found all kinds of needles in the house she shared with "Elaine" leading some to believe the book was a result of Brown's hallucinations caused by the medicine. Brown was a doctor who had her license pulled in 3 states.
It's amazing people like this can get away with it if they write sensational books about spiritual warfare, even if unbiblical.
I was asked to read this book by a young adult pastor because he said his young adults were reading it. He wanted my view. Ever since, I have been asked about this book often and what I said here is what I say.

That book is balderdash, garbage, junk. If you have one, throw it away, unless you believe your neighbor is a werewolf.
And it was at one point published by none other than Chick! Afterwards, all her stuff transferred over to Whitaker House, who also publishes that Visions of Hell book from the other lady.

This is a horrible book. Among the many problems with it I can disnitinctly remember two:
1) The book claims to be telling of the same satanic cult discussed by Mike Waranke. If you recall, Waranke was found to be a compulsive liar and is now known to have absolutely no connection with the occult.
2) The book tells the stories of "Elaine" which besides graphic and disgusting depictions of rape, if the book is to be believed, Elaine has witnessed (if not taken part) in human sacrifice. It seems if it were true, and she was truly repentent, she would have turned herself in.
There are numerous problems with this book. C.S. Lewis once said that there are two errors often made about demons. One is to deny their existence, the other is to believe in them too much...this book takes the latter. It tries to serve as a handbook for understanding how demons get in your house, your marriage, etc. The use of scripture is poor at best and the bulk of the book is border-line pornographic.

I read part of her first and second book when I checked both of them out through Interlibrary loan.
I read these when I was much younger, and after reading I found it a bit hard to sleep one night. I have heard or read that comment from others who read her book.
There is a website that implies she is a fraud. I don't know if she is or isn't, but I can tell you one thing, the doctrine in her books is not from the Bible.
Even if she is telling the truth, and even if 'Elaine' were telling the truth, then 'Brown' gets her doctrine about demons from the experiences of a former witch, and then slaps Bible verses taken out of context all over her book. She bases some of her theological arguments on the spelling system used in the KJV translation that have no basis in Greek. It's really just lousy work from a theological point of view.
If she was honest in telling the story, I feel bad for her. The demons she was trying to cast out really gave her a hard time. But I don't see how she should be an authority on casting out demons. I'd rather read from someone who succesfully and quickly cast out demons with authority.
The reasoning in her book is outlandish as well. I read the caption under one of the cartoons of an Indonesian translation of her third book-- great title about being a vessel of honor, but it seems to be more of the same junk. Anyway, the caption showed someone kind of like milking someone else's hand in a downward motion. It says if someone gets a demon in their hand, to get it out, you MUST annoint the hand and wring it downward in a downward motion to get the demon out. I'm translating or paraphrasing it back into English. I wonder if there were such a big problem with demons getting being in hands and if you had to know such a special trick to get them out, then why isn't it mentioned in the Bible?

how can we as so called christians today judge someone like this. let me ask a question. were we there to even notice or experience the things that they went through? do we even know if such a thing ever happened? NO! Therefore we must not judge her. Because the things in the book are true. the bible speaks about them. maybe you all are not reading correctly. this are occults and demonic spirits that do such things. you know... she said at the beginning of this book that the devil does not want us to read this and i believe her. because he has clouded your minds to read it. he wants you to not read that is why he send things such as "Nose bleeds" and other things. if there is a testimony of a former witch which tells about her experience how can we say its not ture? all i want is for us to be open about things. don't listen to hear sayers and you should expect controversy to her as you all are doing because they did it to JESUS CHRIST! So all i am saying to you as a brother in christ, stop judging others or else we will be judged.
P.S i belive this book was actually written by both elain and rebecca because it was about THIER testimonies. and i swear if i didnt know this was a christian website i would swear that you all were athiests. Lets get it together.:jesus:

Haven't read it, haven't heard of it until now. AND remember I run a large Christian library.
Tali - do you have it or were you just thinking of reading it?

I still have this book in my library. Early in my Christian life, I brought this book at baptist church. That church have bookstore. Many books are selling from Chicks. I did read some pages. But, somehow, Holy Spirit hinders me from read this book, because I felt this book is harzardous, and satanic spiritual. I never try start to read it again for MANY years. I am thinking of throw it away anytime soon.
Why not you write a letter send to Jack Chicks, ask him questions on Rebcca Brown. Ask him, is Rebcca Brown, a real person? Does Chicks meet Rebcca Brown in person?
We do know Jack Chicks was actual met Late Rev. Alberto Rivera. Rev. Rivera was a real person.
But, the question, is Rebcca Brown, a real person? I dunno.
I highly recommend you, NOT buy that book, it is too danger for them, because I believe it could influence them from demon spiritual.
It is worthy to read it throughout? No. And is it profit for them to read it? No.
Bible have everything to answer our quesiton, it satisfy our needs, not books.

Rebecca Brown is indeed a real person. She used to have an M.D. until the board of medical examiners took it from her. As I recall, some of her actual medical diagnoses were along the lines of "demon possession" and that kind of thing.
I have read the book and I agree with all of the posters who dismiss it as "garbage".
ETA: Rebecca Brown has quite a long entry on Wikipedia. You can read all about how big a crackpot she is
