    Please pray for me. earlier today My heart decided to start skipping (nothing new for me.) the unusual part is it would stop for almost an hour!. Long story short, I'm in the hospital now for observation....I was flipping out just a little bit, but than I thought. God's already got Gayla up there, surely he wouldn't take me now right? Of course I was saying that "Tongue in cheek"....:tonofbricks:

    Made it through the night! Had another skipping episode around 1230 am, didn't last an hour that time thank goodness. am supposed to see the doc sometime this morning....

    Well, nothing of any concern was noted from the blood work, or the overnight monitors. They did an echocardiogram (ultrasound) of the heart and I'll be wearing a monitor for 48 hours.. joy joy! I must sound like I want something to be found.:tongue3: I just want the skipping to go away!:tonofbricks:
    Anyway, Thanks for the prayers! I know I can count on the BB for prayers when needed:thumbs:

    Thank you all, I appreciate it more than I can say.:thumbs: It seems I have a pattern, it acts up, I freak out, then it settles down. I know stress can set it off and we know I have nothing at all to stress about right?:smilewinkgrin:
    I always forget when its acting up that since their's virtually no pain during all that happening thats it not an actual heart attack just my heart letting me know it's still there! :godisgood:

    I went to the doctor office to get some bloodwork to check my thyroid levels and they kept me there for an hour and was almost going to send me away because they're wasn't any orders for it, But after I told the doctor what my heart had been doing she paused and said, "get it done" and low and behold!, I am apparently NOT getting enough medicine...I'm not liking this cycle, because last time it was adjusted (a few months ago) my heart was acting up then... So you that have had your thyroid out, might want to insist on a blood test to check, especially if your heart does something out of the ordinary, oh I don't know, like does palpitations for almost an hour....that might be a clue (for me anyway) :)

    I'll see the cardio doc sometime next month, Thanks for all the prayers!:thumbs:
