Hi everyone. I'm new. Just wanted to introduce myself. I am Margie, but my friends call me Meg. I'm married with no children. My husband and I attend a Sovereign Grace Ministries church http://www.sovereigngraceministries.org/ .
We travel 1.5 hrs (one way) to church. Yeah, I know...isn't there some place closer, right? Well, I live in a rural community where the churches are experiencing a great crisis (maybe it's everywhere, but it's definitely a problem here), and we visited this church and found exactly what we need.
We consider ourselves somewhat bapti-costal :laugh: and this denomination's doctrine is incredibly sound and they are also sensitive to the Spirit. Absolutely AWESOME praise and worship which is also VERY biblically sound (very important for a soloist like me).
What to expect from me...I hope to be very active here. I am a Motivator, so I hope to be of service to anyone here who may need motivating (and sometimes that person is me)--don't hesitate to question me about this if you're curious.
I'm sure I'll have an opportunity to share more with you at a later point.
