Help With DVD

Can anyone help me? I have recently purchased a Panasonic E100 Digital Video camera, and it stores video files to disk as DVD_RTAV. I want to incorporate a video of our Holiday Bible Club into Microsoft PowerPoint, but do not have a clue how to go about it. Any suggestions would be most welcome. Thanks.

can you copy the file to hard drive? if you can, you should be able to drag and drop it into your power point . . . but, it will slow down your presentation a little . . . .

ps - you don't want to play it from dvd disk it usually starts and stops badly.
