I remember David Dunkin’s (a horror show), Ed (how my doing?)Koch, Rudy J( he took the whores off the streets so travelers didn’t have to get accosted upon entering the city thru tunnels etc. Later Blumberg paid cops using his own money. My point, there has always been a cadre of peculiar people in the NYC Mayoral office. It will be interesting to see if this guy makes any difference.
