Hermit Crab advice

    My daughter brought a hermit crab back from her vacation at Mrytle Beach. She brought back some food for it and I was wondering if anyone knows that much about their upkeep and other food they might eat.

    Any advice will be appreciated! [​IMG]

    Believe it or not....the big pet supply stores have hermit crab food. No kidding. Aquarium stores also have it.

    My sons have fed their's chunks of dog food soaked in a little water when we ran out of food. Not so sure if that was a good idea but it did keep em alive until I got the real thing.

    My sons are older now and hermit crabs just don't do it for them. You sure brought back a happy memory for me thinking about when we had our crabs. :D
