Hijackers have right to live in Britain

This is a perverse decision and has been roundly condemned by both political and legal commentators; the learned judge IMO misdirected himself (that's the polite way we put it in law for saying someone has screwed up bigtime!) in misapplying the Human Rights Act.

The good news is he's only a high court judge and there are at least two levels of appeal above him and the government definitely intend to appeal the decision.
