Even if the Officer is not indicted on criminal charges, Holder fully intends to try him for civil rights violations. He'll make 'em up if he has to.

Exactly--this was what I was getting at with my previous post.
0bam@ is tied up with a busy schedule of fundraising, golf, and vacation on Martha's Island so he can't go himself and so he is sending his closest friend.
O come on now. He takes a break from his intensive vacations once in a blue moon.
