    My boys have won six straight to start the season, three by shootout, including last night's win over St. Louis. — including three by shootout.

    Your NHL best record belongs to my Predators.

    Is that fear and trembling I sense up in Detroit? :)

    No Fear is felt in Hockeytown. We are number 1 in the league with a 9 and 1 record. Sooo...

    Looks like all the hype over some other teams in the NHL was just that, hype...

    Despite our loss last night in OT to the BlueJackets (what a stupid nickname), the Predator machine will roll on.

    I agree the BlueJackets is a stupid name for a hockey team, but its from Ohio, so what does one expect, from a state that has a College Football team named after a worthless nut.

    The Predators look good, but a loss to the BlueJackets doen't. We will have to see what happens when the Nashville plays Detroit this season.

    The Red Wings are still the best in the league right now even with out Stevie Y. Legace is the best golie right now too, so it looks like Nahville will have some tough competition.

    I agree with you on all counts. Gonna be fun. I hope Detroit and Nashville are playing each other for a trip to the Cup finals come spring [​IMG]

    I think that will happen, wouldn't be great if it happened to be the Western Conferance finals?

    My Wings continue to roll, with a 11-1 start that has set a new franchise record. Whats funny is how wrong the sports media were. They predicted teams like Philly and San Jose to do well, and Detroit to be mediocre.

    That's what I meant - Preds and Wings meeting in the finals.

    The media couldn't possibly be expected to have it right since there was a year lapse. Can't imagine why they'd think Detroit would be mediocre.
