The only way to know how Jesus prayed would be to look at the Bible and see examples of his prayers, such as when he thanked God for bread (when feeding either the 4 or 5 thousand, or both), when he prayed before raising Lazarus, and when he prayed in John 17.

But what we should pay the most attention to, imo, as far as a model of prayer for us, is when he taught the prayer, "Our Father, who is in heaven," etc. He said that this is how we should pray. I don't think we have to use those exact words, but that prayer is a pattern for prayer - praise, submission to God, petition, asking for forgiveness, and asking for protection.
