How do calvinists See "God Granting to ALL persons a measure of faith?"

Wouldn't that be implying general grace as arminians hold to all, or?

John MacArthur and other Calvinists I know (and I agree with them here) is that the term "faith" here is referring to spiritual gifts given to the individuals for the maturing up of the Church.

So the "all" in contex here would be to those saved by grcae of god, not to all persons in a general sense?

Context supports this.. however, again.. this is not about people being given a 'gift' of faith, but that faith here refers to their spiritual gifts given by the Holy Spirit.

The Geneva Bible has declared that:

*By faith he meaneth the knowladge of God in Christ with the gifts of the holy Gost.
