How do you like your eggs?

Soft boiled? Hard boiled? Scrambled? Fried - hard or easy? Poached? Raw?

Let's debate it!

I prefer over easy, runny yolks, with plain toast. But usually cook lightly scrambled, less added fat.

I like mine soft-boiled and cut up in a bowl with torn toast. "Egg in a cup" is what my mommy called it. :)

Over real medium... Runny yoke ok but white has to be cooked.
a runny white is disgusting.
I like a nice omlette, swiss cheese and mushrooms, only one egg though.

same as you do any other omlette. I generall use a 6" nonstick skillet. I don't like thick omlettes, I prefer thin, plus I just don't eat as much food anymore. I guess I've been doing it so long it's just easy now.

But then you make 3 more to go with the first one.

LOl, nope I don't eat much food now, not more then 3/4 cup of anything (low fat of course) for breakfast, and usually not that much.
A typical breakfast for me is 1 eggand dry toast, maybe a piece of turkey sausage or trukey bacon(not as bad as you'd think), or a little oatmeal and toast, or 1/2 cup unsweetened cereal.

I have tried it and  yes it is as bad as I think.

Maybe I'm just used to it by now, even my husband likes it. Fact is, eating pork bacon and sausage is way too much fat, and makes me fat. So I chose not to be faqt anylonger, and that means not eating pork bacon and sausage, and on the very rare, every few months I do it's one bacon or one sausage, and my usaull one egg and toast, and make up for it by being even more low fat the rest of the day, like baked skinless chicken.
Hows this marcia, we're debating the taste of turkey bacon and sausage.

forgot to add, that on the rare occasion I eat real bacon or sausage I press the sausage between paper towels to get out as much grease as possible and rub the bacon with paper towel to remove excess grease.
I simply do not eat fat, as a matter of fact we are extreme low fat, with no sugar at all here.

What if we got the turkey to eat the pork, you think turkey sausage would taste more like pork?
