Bill Rayborn here. I've been asking various music leaders what their longest tenure at one church has been. We have placed a poll about this on the TCMR site http://www.tcmr.com
and I have been amzed at the results....and I have been around the barn quite a few times.

Not wanting to start a poll here but I wonder what your longest time of service at one church has been and to what you atribute this longevity.

Not a music minister, but 6 years at a church is my norm. Guess I burn out quicker than some.

I've been a "member" at Liberty since 88, although seldom there since I do interim pastoring, sometimes as long as 5-6 years away!

Sorry I can't help you here with your question!

I am not the music person, though I like to annoy him.

But, I have been at one church 8 years. That is the longest. The next would be six years, then 5.
