How to frame Kavanaugh: no alibi, no scrutiny, no doubt

This is a brilliant plan. If the goal is to frame an innocent man in public opinion, this is how you do it.

No Possible Alibi
Think about. There's a general allegation, but no specifics. There's specifics on what happened but nothing that could give the accused a chance to alibi himself. There is no time or place of the crime. Kavanaugh can't research to show that he wasn't in the general vicinity at the general time because there is no general vicinity or time. It's totally open to a million possibilities. She doesn't even know the year or the town. It just happened sometime, somewhere.

Generally when innocent people are suspected or accused, they look to alibi themselves. They simply let their whereabouts at a specific time be known. And Most of the time this works well.

Therefore, if you want to frame an innocent person, you simply take this away. You do exactly as Ford and the Dems have done. Make it a long time ago, somewhere totally unknown. She doesn't know the year, city, details about who was there or how she got there.

No Possible Scrutiny
But this won't work, unless you also eliminate scrutiny. You refuse to testify and claim that an opportunity to testify is actually a form of abuse! You should never have to clarify an accusation. It's anti-woman! Any woman should be able to level a public accusation and never be subject to any kind of official cross-examination.

No Possible Doubt
And, finally, level the axiom that all women should be believed—no matter what! That is the final nail in the coffin for the accused innocent. With these three pillars in place, no innocent man can escape judgement.

It really is the perfect plan.

Oh, and one other thing, that's also brilliant. Believe, not only the accuser's story, but, her speculations about what was in Kavanaugh's mind at the time. Since the story, in and of itself, is not very incriminating, have the accuser speculate on his motives and ultimate intentions (rape). Speculate on what you fear might have happened if more time went by. Then insist those also must be accepted as fact. Now you really have him. No possible escape.

It's a frame up, an attempted con job, another Democrat dirty trick scheme and one the Republicans just cannot win. Even though Sen. Grassley agreed to hold a hearing so she could appear before the committee, she upped the ante, now demanding an FBI investigation beforehand. Not only that, the Republicans are now being accused of bullying her for wanting her to testify, even though she initially was the one who said that she would testify without any preconditions. This is your typical Alinskyite tactic - you pick a target, freeze it, and don't let up.

It could be won, but would require courage to call out these women. These political accusers are not like many real victims that are out there. They're an insult to real victims. Paula, Kathleen and Juanita didn't give vague testimonies, void of details. They didn't avoid scrutiny. Yet they're avoided even by the phony MeToo movement.

I wonder if Dr. F*rd ever participated in the college tribunals that refused to allow male students to present evidence, ask questions, or be represented by counsel. Essentially, if an allegation was made, the man was guilty.

The Dems are treating this allegation in the same manner. One female Senator literally had a press conference and told all men to sit down and shut up.

Wonder if Obama had appointed a solid liberal judge accused of this if would have gone as just like this!

How many times have we heard (to disrupt/destroy Trump Administration) "do whatever it takes" to believe liberal progressives who have taken over the DNC means exactly that?

As the accusation of assault has begun to outwardly fall apart it is imperative that Dr. Ford as quickly as possible to explain the conflicts and reported inconsistencies even BEFORE the Monday hearing to show she is not part of that evil.

Add another ploy.

Wait until the last minute to bring up the allegations. Don't take advantage of opportunities to bring it to the forefront.
Even though Sen. Diane Feinstein received the letter from the accuser in July she didn't reveal it until just before the confirmation process in September. Not only that but Feinstein decided not to bring up the issue given multiple opportunities. As a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee all members had private meetings with Kavanaugh. Feinstein met with him on August 20th. Not only that, but 64 other Senators had meetings with Kavanaugh. Had Feinstein shared the letter with any of them, they could have brought it up.

Senate Judiciary members have their staff do background checks on SCOTUS nominees. They could have asked about the allegations at that time. Kavanaugh testified before the committee for over 32 hours over 3 days. She could have brought up the allegations then. There was a closed session of the committee when sensitive material about nominees is usually discussed. She could have brought it up at that time. Then there was the 1,300 written questions asked of him AFTER the hearings. (This is more written questions asked of him than all prior nominees combined!) She could have brought it up then, but didn't.

Instead, she waited until the political timing was good for her plan to delay the confirmation hearings.

I heard an interview with a lawyer in the Bush administration whose job it was to work with the Judiciary committee concerning judicial appointments, especially Supreme Court nominations.

There was a process that was set up and agreed to by both the Democrats and Republicans that would hash out things like this behind the scenes in a professional and bi-partisan manner and then the facts were to sent up to the respective decision makers.

Sen. Feinstein broke this agreement with her handling of the letter that was given to her, it's that simple. Once again it is clear that Democrats cannot be trusted when they make agreements on how to handle things.

Even a spit shake and a pinky swear would not have bound the Democrats to the agreement.

From a tactical perspective I wonder if Trump should come out and say he believes Kavaugh. He'll be called a sexist, but he should then compare Ford's testimony to Juanita, Paul and Kathleen's. They gave specific times and places. They gave specific details that explicitly sexual assault. And they were willing to testify.

There are so many ways to see an approach that causes second thoughts - have the hearing Monday, do the vote.

I believe Dianne Feinstein and company are now sorry they made the decision to initiate this situation.

Yep, this is a stall technique when it comes to DiFi and her cohorts - now the woman is saying she will negotiate terms next week. Ummm, no, they are trying to drag it out until right before the midterms, then they'll say it's not fair to vote on it right before the midterms. Don't let them do that.

DiChiFi also won't show a copy of the letter to anyone. I wonder if she also double-crossed the accuser by leaking her name in a desperate last-ditch attempt to derail Kav. I do think something did happen at some party when Ford was young and she probably really believes it was Kav. But DiFi doesn't, else she would have ran with it months ago. Sad. Grim. Pathetic.

Ya, Dr. Ford can't remember when or where or what time or other details. With such a memory how does anyone know if its not a case of mistaken identity?

Also conflicting accounts - Ford says it happened at a summer party while school was out, her friend said she remembers the incident and it was talked about in school for days after it happened. oops.

Addendum: OK just read on the Drudge Report the friend mentioned above has recanted and now says she doesn't remember what happened. Huh?

If the Rs cave on this one, they're toast - BURNED toast.
If they stick to their guns and go forward, whether or not Ford shows up Monday, then I predict the dim party will cease to be come November!! May just be wishful thinking, but hey - what's to lose???

What do you consider caving?

Ford is trying to negotiate, get a concession out of the R's. She is saying she will testify before the committee, but not on Monday. I think the R's will throw her a bone and say she needs to testify on Tuesday. That would be OK with me. If they let it go until Wednesday, I think they are caving.

Senate rules call for one week notice. If they change Monday, the earliest will be a week from tomorrow.

She can try all she wants. Frankly, her story is so ridiculous she doesn't even deserve a hearing. The Senate should not play this game. The dems had months to come out with this. Republicans have done everything they can do and beyond. They've offered her Monday. If she's telling the truth, she'll take it

I believe Kavanaugh. #IStandWithBrett

Oh yeah, the old friend who tried to claim everybody knew about this but her story contradicted Ford's, so she backtracked:

Kavanaugh Accuser's Classmate: 'That It Happened Or Not, I Have No Idea'

it wasn't summer and she told no one, according to Ford. Yes, it could be a false memory, or at least an inaccurate one. Repressed memories are unreliable.

And now it looks like there's a guy that looked like Kavanaugh back then at the same school that had a party like the one she is describing. Getting interesting to be sure. I believe she knows this story is false. She's leftist activist.
