Howdy! My name is Stephen and I'm forever on the lookout for a forum for conservative (fundamental) Bible-believers to fellowship with. I'm a member of a few forums, and have moderated on a couple of them, but have for a long time been concerned about the relativism and general, anything goes (to a certain limit) mind-set of the evangelical sites.

I've been a believer for 43 years and have been a Bible teacher/evangelist since 1981, and so, reaching the lost is my primary focus.

You'll probably see me around from time to time as I become acclimated to the site.

Welcome, Stephen. You'll find this site fairly typical. Our moderators will let us debate pretty strongly, but there are lines which one may not cross.

If one wishes to reveal himself as immature foolish or mean-spirited, we will jealously guard his freedom to do that unimpeded.

We are quite practiced as spotting trolls.

I look forward to fellowship and lively discussions, from fellow Baptists, of all stripes. I consider myself somewhat of a Baptist historian and hope I can contribute a few lessons on Baptist history.

Came across this thread - since 2010 - this "new" member has only 2 posts.

Wonder why someone comes on for a day and then never returns?

Hey Salty! I joined another board you seem to manage and it will not permit me to post giving me a message that I need to be approved. I was 'activated'. I tried to send you a Private Message, but your Inbox had hit its limit. I tried to send you a Private Message here, same message was received.. you'd hit your limit on Private Messages.

Why some may only post a few and quit. People deal with various things that can derail them for periods of time, or, they may find their temperament was not suitable for this sort of online 'fellowship'.
